For those who wish to work more from the inside out, I've evolved a system of ALCHEMY which incorporates moving inherited grief/rage out of the body/psyche. This system appreciates the impact that genetics, birth order, as well as spoken and unspoken agreements with ourselves and others, have upon our lives. My experience is that the personal process of transformation is, in truth, universal.

Each session is unique and tailored to the individual. The degree to which you deal with 'your stuff' is largely up to you. If you want me to push you, I will -- this will allow you the opportunity to address the inner issues along with the outer organizational work. If you don't want to work on those levels, we won't.

The thing is remember is that we absolutely can empower and liberate ourselves. Many of us are ready to uncover what is essential, get rid of that which is holding us back, and live our highest vision. We have the chance to define anew what is an asset and what is a liability to us.
